There's a great selection of sandwiches drinks and desserts. Wasn't sure about having an iced drink but the iced caramel latte the team suggested was heaven in a glass. The chicken and chorizo panini is to die for. Friendly and welcoming atmosphere. I had a great meal.

So I don?t know if it?s common in Glasgow to be that nice or if I?m just not used to kindness as I?m French lmao, but I was really surprised by the compliments I got, they were the sweetest most hardworking waiters ever ? Thank you!! So efficient aswell, I got my order in like 2mins? Definitely made my day.

Think the guy im reviewing is called Fraser. Honestly 10/10 customer service. Worked from store for an extended period today (and have visited in the past). Fraser?s level of service with myself and everyone that comes into the store is nothing short of exceptional.
As a retail business owner I can only hope my customers view my staffs interactions with them as well as I view Muffin Breaks. Fraser welcomes you into the store like it?s his front room, which is a warmer interaction than any other coffee shop in the centre.
Never wrote a review before but credit was needed where it was due.

We have been here before and the services , food and drinks were amazing , came back in and was told to sit down and they would bring over our food and drinks, we'll we seen the waitress walk up to us I put my hand out and she walked passed and said they weren't ours so she then proceeds to walk outside to see if it was anyone's outside, I has to go up and say to the other person that they were outer drinks , so then I sat back down still waiting on our cakes which had previously been heated for them to sit there , so again I went back up to collect my food , standard of customer service was appalling!! , won't be back

Cakes are decent but the coffee is terrible. Asked for a flat white which is a 5 ounce coffee, the coffee I was given was at least 10 ounces and therefore not a flat white.

Lovely place, great staff & service. Only quibble is that I'd have preferred three different fillings in the afternoon tea like the first time we came rather than 4 the same and 2 different. I like that you can pay a £1 to change the tea for a fancy coffee too. We had a great time & I've booked another afternoon tea deal already for the summer. One of my mum & aunt's favourite places to go for a pot of tea & a snack. Their red velvet cake looks devine, I'll need to try that next time I pop by too.

Popped in for coffee and a sandwich and discovered they do afternoon tea! I'll definitely be back with my daughter.
