“Staff are so lovely here! Massive shout out to Barry who helped us sort out our ticket issue. The seats in this cinema are really comfy and there are so many food options! Way more than you'd find at other cinemas. This place is always always very clean, tidy and impressive.”

“This place will make any blockbuster film 10× better. We watched Star Wars Rise of Skywalker and I came out thinking it was the best movie I'd watched that year. Little did I know that movie was pathetic and in fact I just enjoyed the cinema experience. Watching Dune part 2 brought me back to seeing avatar for the first time.£11 for a ticket without ads is an absolute bargain for the quality of the cinema experience. However if you are tall, you'll have about 3.4mm of leg space and have to sit in the fetal position every time someone wants by for the toilet.”

“Comfortable seats, plenty space, seat try is helpful too, great big screen, however price is more expensive than the vue, and when the fans comes on it can be a bit to cold, but it's a nice cinema”

“Went with my chum to see the new Ferrari film. First time I've been in since the refurbishment. Friendly staff at the front desk, always helpful. Refurb looks good, comfortable seats and plenty of space. Film audio was loud enough to drown out people whispering to each other but not so loud that my ears hurt. Restaurant is also very good with a decent menu and attentive staff.”

“Lovely and comfortable seats, the sound and place were good. The only thing was that my daughters recliners did not work, and nothing could be done. Really, they should be checking in between screenings to see what does not work and, if not, auto refund the difference to customers and inform with email. This would be good service.”

“Very good Cineworld. The biggest draw is the price. £5.50 is good value but the reason it’s cheaper than other locations is because they don’t offer any fancy screens like IMAX and don’t offer recliner seats. I would say the seats are acceptable but you can tell they’ve been there for a long time and if you’re planning on watching a film that’s over 2 hours then you might get uncomfortable. Location is great and the shopping centre has some good restaurants to get a meal beforehand. Staff were really friendly and as with all cineworlds the food provided is extortionate but tasty, especially the popcorn. Screen and sound was very good with a large room that has a lot more seats than some other locations. Overall it’s definitely worth visiting for the great value tickets, just don’t expect luxury seats or a wall to wall screen.”
