I received excellent service! Rebecca was great! She went above and beyond to make sure I got the buggy I wanted! She demonstrated everything I needed to know about it and had it ready to go whilst I finished my shopping! Definitely the best customer service Iâ??ve received in a mothercare!

Great store today I came in with my sister to pick her pram the store assistant who helped us was Shannon she gave us a great demonstration of the pram we choose and all the information we needed she was very helpful. Love the range of items you have.

Monica was very helpful in finding me sand in the storeroom as there was nothing available to order online--- herself and another assistant loaded up a trolley and came outside of the store to help me load up my car. Excellent customer service ð??

The staff at this store are so rude and the customer service was shocking.
I bought a car seat and it was faulty, the spring in the shoulder strap popped, so I took it back to the store where they kindly sent me a replacement car seat, which I received in December, it is now February and the same thing has happened again, and I took the car seat back only to be offered the exact same one ð?? now anyone in their right mind wouldn't even go near the same one if you had the same fault twice, so the woman said go have a look at the car seats and we will get it changed over for you, and then she had the cheek to ask me to pay the remaining balance after the money from the previous one had been taken off ð???ð??? I walked out, so it's doubtful that I will ever shop in this store again if the staff are that rude and uncaring!!!!!
