Just been into collect my prescription and was shocked at how I was given them, the young girl looked like she was in a mood and literally threw the prescription at the desk and walked away. I don?t expect a silver service, but manners would have been appreciated. Not the attention needed when u r at a pharmacy, let?s face it we go for medication to help us feel better ???

Staff and managers very attentive. Plesant experience every time. Pharmacy staff can't do enough for you even when they are extremely busy.I'm not a fan of shopping but Morrisons, Baillieston is relatively painless.

Great staff who are efficient and professional but also care. They work hard and hardly get a minute. Despite that, they remain friendly and patient. Diane, Louise and Caitie deserve a special mention? Well deserved 5*

Just think pharmacy is lacking in stock then they tell you when you go to collect (24hour later) that you still have to wait because some of the items is just arrived

My reason for my review I was at the pharmacy this morning the two female behind the desk made me feel very uncomfortable I explained the reason I needed zovirax cream is because when I am run down I end up with a cold sore round my eye it is painful and it itches I have had this since I was a baby and I was always prescribed zovirax cream so I explained this to the two females they then looked at each other and smiled and it made me feel so uncomfortable dirty its a horrible feeling. I need to live with this for the rest of my life.
