Terrible rude staff, been very unhelpful many times. Lied about the time it was to get out of fulfilling a prescription before they closed. Avoid like the plague, Knightswood and well pharmacies both a million times better and minutes away.

Went to pharmacy re boil on finger could not have received better treatment the girl that first saw me even offered to fill out the form as I had bandage on then the pharmacist Lynsey dealt with the problem very quickly and effectively plus very professional

Had to take my daughter to the pharmacy today. We were dealt with quickly and efficiently. The gentleman who served us asked my daughter to fill out a form and she was then seen by the pharmacist who took his time and explained what he was going to do to help her. Great service andnwould use the pharmacy again.

This used to be a great pharmacy that has rapidly gone downhill. The staff, particularly at the weekend, are clueless! The Locum Pharmacist kept changing her story every two minutes regarding my medication . I shall go back to using Boots.

Worst experience, went to get saline nasal drops asked to wait for 20 mins just to inform me that these drops are not allowed to be used . Worst behaviour from the staff and not gonna go back again here

Not so much poor service as no service at all from them. They refused to proved the Pharmacy First service for no reason. Then they ignored my polite letter of complaint. Do yourself a favour and use someone else.

got a delivery from the cafe . food was freezing . one full breakfast was missing . charging £3.99 for a roll n sausage and the sausage was like rubber.
criminal charging that. Also they have the cheek to right on the bag 100% checked .
stevie wonder wdve noticed a full breakfast was missing and a portion of beans .
£29 for the order and wouldnt have fed it to the dog
