Sadly, this store has gone right downhill
Loads of fridges and freezers out of order and wet patches on the floor
The staff are lovely but the shop itself needs investment

This store seems to be on a massive downward spiral. Large sections of the chillers have been out of order for some time, and now the freezer section is largely out. The areas that are working are poorly stocked with even the basics. I used to go there for the meat and fish counter but they are now awful. I no longer shop there.

This store is dreadful every time it's the same old story refrigerator roulette, which chilled item will I have to go elsewhere for this visit? Management clearly don't care that the fridges and freezers do not work for months on end. Availability across the store is atrocious. Car park a riot with work going on, stuff dumped in the parent & child bays, the lane at the side you can barely get down with all the litter, dead rats and abandoned trolleys. Don't even get me started on the cafe. Don't waste your time shopping here as you will almost surely have to go elsewhere for the stuff you need anyway.

I went to Morrisons giffnock this morning to pick up compost and stones for the garden. A young man called Daniel packed my trolley and put everything in boot of car. Just to say Thanks Daniel. Very appreciated. Betty giffnock

We were shopping this week there and we're shocked by the atmosphere and condition of the supermarket. Lots of lamps not working. Freezers not working. Unclean floors and a lot of mats to catch the water from the freezers who were not working. We were asking the staff about it
and they just said that it is a while everything is in this state. Some of the food we bought was not in a state to be consumed. That was our first and last visit there.

Used to be good but half the chill cabinets are not working and have been left unrepaired for weeks (going on months) meaning it?s hard to do a normal shop there as there are so many empty shelves.

The Morrison in Giffnock is declining because the butchers section and the Meat service don?t have enough meat when I want to buy beef or lamb they use to have variety of beef like large steaks ,beef for roasting , different size of lambs but not anymore they have more pork?s and fish rather then red meat not sure is the new manager or what is actually going on.

Sitting in the cafe at Morrisons Giffnock. It is disgusting. Every table is dirty and customers are having to clean them themselves. It is grossly understaffed. Unacceptable, especially as they have raised the prices yet again.
