This store (Cardonald), is getting worse now, more so than covid, freezers have been broken for what seems like forever and they don't seem to be in any hurry to fix/replace them either. The steps outside haven't been fixed either, just a really rundown store now. Only 3 decent members of staff now as well and 1 of them is part time as well. They need to get there act together and get things sorted once and for all.

Ordered over £50 of goods. Just eat driver delivered someone elses order thats not even worth 20 quid.

I didn?t even wana give them one star ..worst customer service I have been waiting there for half an hour even my order was ready but it was locked and nobody came to help ..worst experience in this store . They really need to sort that out ,

Apparently they have turned off their in store heating to save money. Seem to be stocking up for the Festive Season particularly in the wines and Sprit aisles.Busy today, fine weather appears to have brought everyone out. Still managed to get through self service relatively quickly.Quiet for a change.No bother at all. In and out in jig time. Got everything I needed.
