Extremely poor service. The shelves are often badly stocked with the wrong items in the wrong place, hence resulting in the actual scanned prices being different.
The young dark haired lady often manning the tills is unfriendly bordering on rude. I have received better customer service from their shopping trolly. I just simply cannot comprehend why any company would let an unfriendly person like her, who clearly does not enjoy doing her job, have a customer facing position.
Any ways the staff in general are quite rude, e.g. if you give way to a shelf stacking staff with a huge trolley load, they won?t even say thanks. It just that all these small things add up.
I would rather go hungry than shop at this particular branch.

I shop in morrisons locally tried the one in Anniesland it's the biggest store I've been in has everything you need or want deli butchers bakery fishmongers vegetables pizza salad bar clothes great prices

A nice, clean store with good parking and access.
2 negatives though:
The constant presence of beggars at each door is off-putting.
Veg selection can be poor, this store manages to stock the world's smallest garlic bulbs and the bell-peppers are gone by early afternoon, leaving only bashed, small and red peppers with green and yellow colouring in the one pepper

Only got a 1 star because it won't let you do a minus score
Ordered food in the cafe on the machine (as no one was at the tills) , ordered a bacon roll, a links roll and poached egg on toast
She brings 2 poached egg on toast and a lorne roll, then tells me I should use the till as machines make mistakes , then the coffee machine stopped working (customer in front of us said "this place is a fiasco and got refunded and left)
If the company is so short staffed that they can't cover tills and staff are rude to customers , no wonder other supermarket chains are getting the customers

Done our shopping online recently and haven't visited for a while don't know who is in charge but it has went downhill shelves were sparce and poorly stocked will be reverting to shopping online and won't be back

Wow! Ordered from you and waited 1.5hrs to then be told you don't have half the order (very basic things) and then it is cancelled. This could have been cancelled much earlier so I could make alternative arrangements. Poor organisation.

It's OK, supermarket foods are good at reasonable prices, cafe food is pretty mediocre, staff are friendly enough
