This shop consistently overcharges: Be warned and check your receipt carefully.
Morrisons advertises many More card offers and other discounts on the shelf labels - but when you get to the total at the tills, nearly every time I?ve been there, not all the discounts have registered.
Their pricing is very opaque and I think Morrisons know this. As you scan your items, you can?t see if the discounts are applied until the grand total comes through, and even then, you can only see if the discounts have been applied on the receipt - AFTER you have paid.
And on the last 3 visits, upon finding I was overcharged, staff have been less than gracious about it, and I?ve been required to queue at the customer service desk to get my refund.
For example, on my last visit in August 2025, coconut water was advertised as reduced from £4 to £2.50. So I picked up 4 cartons. I was charged full price at the till, £6 overcharged in total. Despite showing a photo of the shelf label to staff, they still insisted I was wrong - until we walked over to the stand itself together. IT SHOULDN?T BE THIS DIFFICULT AND HUMILIATING TO GET REFUNDED WHAT HOU HAVE OVERCHARGED.
I find that other supermarkets are much more transparent when it comes to advertised discounts, and errors are much less frequent.
Morrisons - please start demonstrating a little more respect for your customers by not ripping us off, and making your prices much more transparent at the tills. STOP CHEATING YOUR CUSTOMERS.

I would give 0 stars if I could. The store has been going downhill over time but now it's disgusting. Floors & mats soaking, smells, low stock. I'm sure it must be a health & safety issue. Don't buy perishables from them now. Shopping elsewhere.

The store offers ample parking and accessible facilities. The premises are well-maintained, and the staff is consistently welcoming and helpful. Zara, the checkout manager, is particularly known for her kindness and assistance. While there may occasionally be a brief wait at self checkout, overall, we are very satisfied with the Morrison store. Keep up the good service ?

This store is in desperate need of attention. The chilled area has recently had consistently wet floors, it?s an accident waiting to happen. There have been flashing, flickering electric lights for several years. I often asked the manager about these , but was always told it had just started. The flashing lights are a trigger for migraines in some people, myself being one. Freezers seem to be having ongoing problems also, too often they are empty due to faults. Staff are doing their best, but always seem overstretched.

Worst supermarket out there. Go to Lidl across the road. Disgusting leaks from the fridges permanently. Half of the fridge space out of action. Quite a few freezers broken as well. Checkout staff member was also very rude when I tried to scan my partner?s morecard from a screenshot on my phone. If I could give 0 stars I would.

A wide variety of options manly clean sometimes it can get a bit dirty and one of the things I love the most about morrisons is the fact that they have quite hour it's so peacefull during QH highly recommend

Still has a good level of staff and choices of groceries, unfortunately they have a small problem with their fridges, but was assured it was being attended to.

Some good quality food..When they actually put it on the shelves.Just tried the 'cafe'... No cutlery available for 30 mins so had to resort to a SPOON for a small breakfast. Very poor organisation, unwiped tables and staff quite willing to stand and chatUpdate Feb 28th '24This place has actually got worse! Abandoned Till, empty drink fridge, no milk in coffee machine, refusal to cook certain menu items, dirty table, non talking staff, resentment if you approach and today I was also told it'd be 30 at least, before they took my order. We walked away, same as many others. SHUT the place Morrisons - this is an embarrassment, AND fix or board up your clock, before the remains of it land on your steadily decreasing Patrons.Unbelievable

Wife likes the fruit and salmon prices . Spirit prices can be dearer than Asda
