I have used a few morrisons and this one has been the only one where around the fridges near the entrance there is a weird smell and it is very untidy. Over enthusiastic security guard following people around the shop made you very uncomfortable. Maybe it was because it was later in the day I visited but all round just not good enough.

But my problem is that guy in the butcher section was absolutely disgusting I asked for 1lb of square sausages and he was cleaning in the back. He didn't care to wash his hands or empty the bucket of water with soap or whatever he used down the drain. Instead he just left it got up and his hands were still wet he wasn't wearing any gloves and gave me the sausages. I was absolutely shocked by this and it is by pure luck that I didn't get food poisoning or anything. It was so unprofessional handed, that I think the guy should be sacked for not doing his job correctly.

The toilet area was disgustingly today. It failed in the following respects:
1-the door to the toilet area was filthy in the area where the handles are located to enter and leave. It clearly has not been cleaned for a very long period . Poor decor can be overlooked, but there is no excuse for filth, especially in a food store. If the bits of the store we the customers can see are like this, what does that say for the bits we cannot see.
2- only one toilet cubicle out of two was operational
3-there was no toilet paper
I tried to complete the online report form using the QR code I scanned before leaving toilet in the store. Your reporting system wouldn?t let me submit the form because I did not know the ?store code? which apparently was displayed on the same sign as QR code and could not be found in an online search.
I am reporting this to you here. If you don?t know how bad this was, I cannot be surprised if no action to remedy is taken.

What?s happend to the food standards their veg are rotten every time I check they have 2 semi fresh onions and one rotten, not once or twice but everyone I go! Who slices your bacon? Like toilet paper then two wedges at the bottom of the pack, price gouging scum selling next to rotten produce! Reported to trading standards rotten food not fit for sale!

Very happy shopping in morrisons fresh fish counter is a must visit butcher very helpful excellent standard of meat all fresh and produced in Scotland I'm told all I need is in the store
