Nice quick stop for breakfast and coffee, very friendly service, vegan breakfast arrived fast and was tasty, maybe a touch more seasoning. Just a self service coffee machine with regular milk but I appreciated the mini cartons of oatly oat milk for my coffee.

Waited at checkout for 10 minutes to pay for a coffee. Coffee machine had no milk and when eventually refilled coffee was cold. First and last visit. Never again.

Basicbbreakfast and a coffee. Quiet but slow service. Had to ask where it was after 20 mins and it materialised instantly. Food was barely warm - probably sitting in the kitchen waiting for me to complain.
This is typical in Morrisons cafes where the quality of local staff/management determine the quality of everything else. Not usually bad enough that I post a review, but Anniesland seems to be particularly shambolic.

Had a terrible experience when trying to buy some cans of cider. Tried to use my American ID and they refused. This has happened before there as they only accept UK ids. Talk about xenophobia Morrisons

Waited about 30 minutes for food that had been pre-ordered and the cafe was empty. The food was slightly warm and dried up. The had ran out of peas, enen thought there were kilo's of peas on the shelves next to the cafe. We couldn't actually eat it. Waste of money and time. The young man serving the food was courteous. How difficult is it to serve hot food?

Dreadful experience. Automatic on screen ordering, no receipt given. Ordered and paid for scampi and coffee. Neither were available after paying and sitting waiting for 15 mins. Coffee machine not working but not told before ordering and paying. Scampi not available again not told. Given fish pie as alternative served with gravy ( MEAT). Offered free coffee to compensate burt no coffee available. Used to be good for a cheap lunch not now!

Breakfast was cold, order was wrong, table wasn't clean...oh and toilets were closed. Waste of money, won't be back.

I wrote a review at the start of the year, raving about the cafe. Unfortunately, I feel things have went downhill since. This is by no means a reflection on the staff - they are always very polite and helpful. It?s based more on the quality of certain things and little extras. My biggest grudge is the Kid?s Snack Box - for some reason the superhero packaging has been done away with and most recently, the items have been reduced. It?s completely lost it?s value for money and most of all, it?s appeal - my son has went completely off it! Aside from the above, it?s frustrating that the touchscreen never prints a receipt, that there are never any teaspoons in the cutlery storage and, most annoyingly, the Coffee machine pours half a cup at best. I don?t usually moan (I try and find positives where I can), but i?ve been bringing my son here for months now and I feel it?s gradually gotten worse. I?ll always respect the ?overall? value for money, the ?Kid?s Eat Free? scheme and I do like the Full Scottish Breakfast, but I do feel some changes need to be made. I take on board that the Kid?s Snack Box may have been a nationwide amendment, but it?s disappointing nonetheless.

Visited this place today 14th may 23 friend wanted sandwiches but they were selling sandwiches with date best before 12th may out of date.i review this because i caught ecoli from this same cafe on february only starting to recover slowly i find this shop lacking cleaners and food hygene dosent exist
