The staff are truly amazing in this store! They helped me out with my online order since I didn?t know it could take up to 5 days for my bag to be ready for pickup.They were super kind and, seeing as I was going back to London before those five days were up, they cancelled the order for me and I was able to purchase my bag right then and there in store.

Exceptional quality of service in the store today by a very pleasant young man and young lady. Very welcoming and eager to help.Fortunately for me, my daughter had phoned earlier and reserved a pair of shoes, as I'm not a shopper, but was put at ease with their professionalism and friendly nature. I bought a jacket in Edinburgh at Michael Korse store 10 days ago. I came to Glasgow store to give that back as I changed my mind. The manager under the name Joshua was very willing to help me. He was very polite and very professional. Thank you so much Joshua.

Very helpful staff, was in buying my wife a smart watch for birthday, young man was very helpful and let me browse in peace and once I had picked watch told me everything about it, lovely wrapping and put another clear bag over it to protect it from dreadful weather outside
