Placed orders with just eat but didn't arrive and the shop cudnt do anything about it so trying to contact just eat is extremely difficult. Shop needs to take responsibility as well

As always the food is disappointing. This are missing from a simple cheeseburger and I ask them to fix it and it comes back still not right. The staff don't care and don't know how to make simple food right. Might not be their fault but seems like management doesn't care either or they would be doing spot checks on food to make sure things are going out correctly and consistently. Sometimes people work late and would like a nice, quick and easy meal...not from here if you're constantly getting poor quality.

Well noisy far too busy for staff to keep up with cleaning of place think it was manger doing all cleaning time I was in there he was busy emptying bins and sweeping up about 4 or 5 bags counted of rubbish taken away to back some half full unfortunately some families do not pride in keeping place tidy and just leave rubbish about. Power sockets where not working tried three tables with sockets on the wall underneath someone else was about to use and I told them they are not working waste of time me coming in could of been elsewhere for my phone to charge.

Placed a £37 order for food from Silverburn Mcdonalds and only received the 2 juices and the cold under cooked fries which went in the bin. Contacted just eat and then re-ordered the same food from Helen Street as I have lost all faith in Silverburn. Helen Street sent the full order but again the chips were undercooked. Just eat then contacted me tonight to say they would only refund £17 of my original order and it would go onto my Just eat account. This is an absolute disgrace McDonalds dont care and neither do just eat. I will no longer be using just eat and definitely will never have mcdonalds again. One last point the amount of times this has happened at silverburn is a disgrace and still nothing has been done about it. No wander the reviews are terrible. Staff cannot do their job they cant even get a small order right.
