I used to use the drive thru, but since last few times fries were cold.
So now I collect from inside, and check this first before leaving. I had to ask them to change a few times.
Otherwise usual Mac branch.

Worst McDonald?s EVER! Always give the place the benefit of the doubt because it?s local but everytime without fail they either forget your food or drink & don?t add additional items to your food as requested. Scunnered with this place, it has been the same for years now. If you do decide to buy something don?t expect your full order. I never leave reviews for anything but this place is a joke & poorly managed.

Incorrect order with items missing from delivery. Had to drive to location to sort it out. Was clear why as soon as I arrived, another customer complaining, place appeared poorly organised, prepped food piled under heat lamp, so much so other food sitting outside heated area on shelf, seemed to be no urgency to clear prepped food. Staff quite dismissive and rude to delivery drivers at counter who were asking about their own orders, while I was waiting on my own order correction.
Haven?t used mcds in a while but on tonight?s experience it has gone seriously downhill and wish I hadn?t bothered as ?Christmas treat specials? were really disappointing

The staff were nice.
I obviously don't eat McDonald's "food" out of self respect etc, but do sometimes have to meet people at a McDonald's for work.
This particular branch smelled of vape fumes; places like McDonald's will attract vapist types. Been a while since I was last in one, but I suppose all McDonald's branches will probably stink of neuro-debilitating pound-shop chemicals these days.
