I thought Toryglen was the worst McDonald's on the planet but castlemilk takes 1st place order is constantly wrong then they turn the burger upside down so you don't notice
Then no one ever answers the phone the place is a joke if the staff stopped messing around and actually payed attention to the job these mistakes wouldn't happen it's on a screen right in front of you int not rocker science I feel like I need to go bk to McDonald again and show them how to do it properly I have this reaches the owner because your shop is very badly run pal

Customer service is awful they take about half an hour to get your food to you,when you eventually get your food it?s cold and doesn?t live up to a high standard.

Very busy place with not enough stuff. More attention for 'just-eat' delivery guys... Should be better managed place.
Parking: Free parking, this is area with others shops (shopping centre).
Kid-friendliness: There is some largest tables, where family (with kids) can sit.
Wheelchair accessibility: There is acces for wheelchairs.

What's the point of a self service counter if everything is empty? Had to queue again to request napkins. The bin was overflowing, and the place seemed basically just an Uber/Just Eat conveyer belt.

Absolutely terrible, my food order was cold & incorrect as usual.. the staff behind the counter were sullen & moody... No people skills at all!! Swore I would never go back after last experience but thought I would give another go .. more fool me.. NEVER NEVER
