Having purchased 2 sausage egg mcmuffins through drive through..when I stopped 2 minutes away to eat the muffins they were like a brick .they had been grilled to a brick .absolutely solid..unacceptable I complained to mc Donald web who passed the complaint to anniesland branch 3 days later and still no communication from them quick enough to take your money .always check your food before you leave.

Ordered online made a point of ordering from anniesland instead of great western road because GWR cannot get an order right no matter how simple the instructions are. They just cannot remember to put ketchup in which I pay for everytime. I called up Anniesland after I ordered and spoke to some idiot girl and asked her to please remember to send the ketchup I paid for. I gave her the order number specifically and emphasised that I had this problem so many times and please to get it right. She assured me the ketchup would be in the bag. It wasn?t then when I called the restaurant I had to try five times until I I got the same idiot in the phone telling lies saying she put it in the bag. I told her it wasn?t in the bag and she told a lie saying it was then said to me she didn?t care for the way I was speaking to her simply because she knew she had messed up and couldn?t even be professional enough to apologise and take accountability for it. Very rude girl and clearly can?t follow simple instructions and I will be calling her manager later today for her attitude on the phone !
