The lady on DT was really friendly, NOT!!!!!!! when I came to DT, all i could hear was what can i get for you. My response was, good evening. How are you doing? The answer was what can i get for you?. I have placed my order. When i came to the window, i asked the server, "Are you OK?" HER ANSWER WAS NO! MY ANSWER WAS I HOPE YOU WILL HAVE A GREAT NIGHT. when i paid for my order, I went to the first window. There was the server who was really understanding when i asked him for a cup just with ice. But it was hard to see a QSR where the sales are inpakted by the TM. Cause the job is being done by 3 people, the TL on shift vas not even paying attention to the customers coming thru theit DT, and not paying attention to the TM how they feel! Me as a manager in QSR, I had a glance at the service provided. i was shocked that we have 6 people in FOH and only one person taking orders and one person packing and serving the orders to customers. IF I WOULD BE THE GM OF THE RESTAURANT, I WOULD BE DISHONOURED BY THE SERVICE. Not even seeing their reporting system for GEM. I can tell the restaurant is overusing SPLH and not utilising the labour that is assigned to the restaurant. AND IT DOSNT STOP THERE!!!! the food was clearly overheld to minimise the waste. The burger was amazing chicken nuggets aswell but sorry the wrap was manging like the chicken tenders were scraped from the bottom of the fryer filter and added extra crackiln from them. Please, everyone, check the photos out. And the order was missing mozzarela dippers, I got the salsa for them, but no dippers. Unfotunatlu, i can't add the receipt cause I wasn't given one. All i can add is my CC statement that i paid at the sertain time. Just advise for the GM to come through your DT at least ONCE in the nighttime to see how your team is doing. 10% are paching orders, and the res 75% in FOH is joking and not even making sure the orders are corect. PUTTING THIS REVIEW AS A QSR GM FOR K**? THIS IS NOT WRIGHT. IF I WOULD SIT WITH THE MANAGER OF THE QSR 1ST QUESTION WOULD BE WHATS YOUR TURNOVER??? PLEASE FIND THIS AS A COACHING EXPERIENCE. HAVE A GREAT SHIFT GUYS HOPE YOULL SURVIVE...
PS the photos are from the food 80% eaten and realised that its missing and the chicken in the wrap is defi etly over held by atleast 30min so the GM should theck that the HACCP was not forged. Plus im adding a discreet statment as proof of my visit.

Used drive through and asked for no salad on my katsu wrap. Came and never had any sauce on it. 2 chicken selects on a plain dry wrap. Who would want that. Joke.

Why do I go here? Because it's near to where I live.
We popped in earlier for a quarter pounder with cheese meal, fries, a small cheese burger and caramel frappe. I paid the bill using my phone which pinged success and also get a receipt on the Google pay app.
The server tells me it didn't go through and asked i pay again. I told her it did and she reiterated it didn't. When I asked for a cancellation receipt, she said her terminal had froze so couldn't give me one. I had to ask for a manager at that point. Sour face came over and asked me to refresh the app several times to see if I received a cancellation of payment. I did refresh and there wasn't one. He then told me this same thing happened to someone earlier and it did eventually go through. At that point my sister pointed out to him that his terminal had 'payment successful' on it. Now bear in mind, the server asked me to pay again, and he asked several times to refresh my payment app knowing this had happened to someone earlier.
Anyway nearly ten minutes we waited for the order whilst watching them fill the milkshake machine and fulfil online orders for collection. After fiddling about with that, he then comes over and tells us the frappe wasn't working, and did we still want to wait for the burger. I'd have told him to stuff it but my sister was hungry having just travelled for 5 hours on a bus from the North of Scotland.
Seriously, the face on the manager was sour. You'd have thought if taken a dump in his soup, but it was me that was being robbed, not them.
This McDonald's never ceases to fall well below expectations. I hope every time I go there it's better than the time before, but it never is. More fool me for going.

Brings a whole new meaning to fast food. I used the drive-through for food which I had ordered on the App on approaching the order point i was eventually greeting by a voice that sounded like it wanted to be any where else than there, no welcome to McDonald's, just a hi, I said that I had ordered on the app and proceed to the next window, (cashier) again he didn't want to be there, the only thing he said was, next window. No hello or any type of greeting. I moved onto the next window for collection and was greeting with a backside leaning near the window wearing a McDonald's uniform and a just eat jacket, again no greeting, he gave me our drinks and eventually said could I park in the car park, he didn't ask if I required any sauces or give any straws or napkins. This lad definitely failed the customer service course. Away to the carpark I go and waited patiently for my daughters' unhappy meal. Almost 16 minutes later a lad comes out with the. 2 plain happy meals, I was very surprised as he had some manners and had passed the customer service course, I thought well done him, his colleagues could learn from him. So for 2 plain hamburger happy meals I waited the best part of 25 minutes from originally speaking to soulless voice on the machine to getting our meals. Like I said earlier McDonald's brings a whole new meaning to fast food

Whatever you do. Do not order through Just Eat the drivers are either delivering the food to the wrong addresses or taking it for themselves, order stated delivered not to my address it wasnt, driver said tried to contact me several times, lied through his teeth by saying he left it outside my door I have a porch so if he did no one walking by would have seen it and taken it, there's no proof of phonecalls and my neighbours camera didn't record any delivery taking place,just eat could not provide photographic evidence either, So he's lied through his teeth, hope he enjoyed my order.
Just eat believed their driver over a paying customer. BTW it only needs one delivery guy to be employed he can give the jobs out to any of his mates. DO NOT USE JUST EAT.
The reviews on Trust pilot is choc-a-bloc with reviews exactly like mine. Macdonalds need to take part responsibility as the use this company.
