Easily worst Macdonalds experience of my life. Disgusting atmosphere with every table a mess. Staff were slow and seemingly incompetent.
Watching the manager wipe her nose with her hand then handle food was not a good look.
Used to think Macdonalds breakfast was a treat,now will probably give it a miss

I got the stack house burger,fries& a Fanta had to get my burger done twice as they had put mustard & girkins on it which I am elergic to just as well my girlfriend is my McDonald's taster other wise I would have ended up in the hospital. I mean this is not the first time this has happened to me even when I use the app to get the mustard & girkins removed they are not always taken out

They never put the sauces in. Whole restaurant must be buried in sauce tubs by now.

The staff at this location often treat delivery drivers with a lack of respect and courtesy. There have been instances where drivers are spoken to in a rude and dismissive manner, made to wait excessively without explanation, and generally treated as though we are an inconvenience rather than partners in providing a vital service. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and creates a hostile and demoralizing work environment.
Delivery drivers play a crucial role in ensuring that your customers receive their orders promptly and accurately. We should be treated with the same level of respect and professionalism that is expected within your team.
I urge you to address this issue by providing appropriate training to your staff on how to interact respectfully with delivery drivers and reinforcing the importance of treating everyone with dignity and respect.

Do not EVER order from this dump. Ordered a delivery, a plain quarter pounder meal and it came with extra pickles and extra onions. ordered a munchies mcflurry mini, it did not come. I took the quarter pounder and the receipt to the restaurant to get it changed and to get the mcflurry. They told me because it was delivered they can't change it. So I handed him the burger and told him to bin it. Only one person out of about 10 working tonight is white and Scottish. No wonder my order was wrong when they employ so many that don't have English as their first language. Disgusting service. Absolutely livid. Utter dump

I'm always disappointed that the actual food items don't compare well to the advertising but that has now been compounded by the fact that the portions appear to have shrunk, specifically the breakfast muffin items.
