Well, it's McDonald's and I cant expect fine dining but what I received was excellent customer service.
I was served by a young lady. She met us with a smile, was patient and pleasant whilst showing me how to use the points I had accrued on the app.
My food came a couple minutes later. It was alright, what you expect from maccy D's and hot which was a surprise.
Well done to that Springburn for great customer service. It was a far cry from the sour faced manager at Helen Street McDonald's. I had the displeasure of him trying to rob for double payment last night for cold food.

Placed an order at the Drive through yesterday evening (4.45). The chicken nuggets in the happy meal were overcooked and hard. The chips were over salted, the McChicken sandwich was sliding out of the bun as far too much mayo on it, the Big Mac was cold and there was a cheeseburger missing from the order when we got home. Poor show as this was a treat for our Grandson

Fed up paying for food from Just Eat and there's missing items from my orders! Ordered a large McChicken meal and they didn't give me my large fries or a straw for my drink. Learn to read orders properly.

Absolutely disgusting sending this out to someone who has dairy allergies, I asked for sausage and egg and they send me cheese and sausage shocking. I will be reporting this to the environmental health. You have a duty of care to your customers and this is certainty failing below standard. Ps pictures attached

In last night at the refurbished one at Anniesland/Knightswood
Have lost count the number of times I've been in later in evening and been served cold, dried out chips and burgers, then having to complain and get fresh ones made.
Last night, I tried a large meal that came to the horrendous total around £6.67 if I remember correctly. The wee bun, with equally wee burger and so-called filling, looked absolutely nothing like the big one in the illuminated advertised one on the wall. It was pathetically small for the extortionate price, dried out, tasteless with a pathetic attempt of a filling. No wonder this company make multi-billions, worldwide...they have mastered the art of charging as much for as little product that they can sell. Even a small kid would have found this poor excuse for a meal unfilling, never mind a grown adult.
Another gripe of mine is the heat in the place. Even when it was snowing outside, they blow chilled air thru the air conditioning units on the ceiling...you have to go outside to heat up and your food, if warm, almost immediately goes cold thanks to the cool air blowing over it, plus drafts on your neck and body...
