I ordered a meal for me and my friends and we had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes just for half of my food to come 3 ice creams and 3 drinks and the rest was missing.

ITS WAS £30.. FOR 4 PEOPLE AND THE DELIVERY FEES ADDED AN EXTRA £10. NOT TO MENTION I DIDNT GET HALF MY FOOD - I ORDERED 4 DRINKS 4 MCFLURRYS AND 2 BURGERS ALONG WITH MOZZARELLA STICKS AND CHICKEN SELECTS. ONLY GOT MCFLURRYS AND DRINKS .. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.
Vegetarian options: i hate this place never ordering again.

Used the drive through friendly service from the person taking the order and the girl giving the food so no complaints there only gave 3 stars for atmosphere as we didn't go into the restaurant so I marked the atmosphere in the car and the husband was annoying me at the time ?

Wrong and cheeper items to what I ordered everytime I get a takeaway. Always order a large caramel frappy everytine I get some weird tasting iced black coffee that has an alcohole taste to it. Burger always below par for a mcdonalds. But I did give staff 2 stars as they always have a grin on there face.

Place is absolute shambles, how does nkt one person know how to read and pack a proper order wothout fail almost everytime ive ordered something is always missing, needs a diff manager or something that actually knows what theyre doing

??Terrible experience??
The delivery driver said the bag was already torn when they picked it up from the restaurant, leaving the fries completely exposed. The bag for the McFlurry was fine, but the sweet and sour sauce was dumped inside the ice cream. This was clearly done on purpose by the staff. It?s a serious food safety issue, and I couldn?t eat any of it. Completely unacceptable.

Food cold,chips were like re-heats and cold,big mac was cold and looked as I'd it was put together by a 3yr old,as for the big tasty,more like the big nasty burger was cold,no bacon or tomato and no cheese,maryhill has to be one of the worsted in Glasgow,and this isn't the first experience I've had there.!!!

I don?t like they layout of the car park it was complicated go get into and out of, car park was also full of rubbish, bins overflowing, is it too much to ask the staff to empty them!?!? Clientele was less than desirable. And the food, don?t even get me started. 3 words Cold, stale, disappointment. I shall not be returning!!
