While we were sat at our table, then went to order food the girl closed over gates to stop me getting back as I was going in to where my family sat, although there was several people still there, I had to continue opening and shutting it to get in and out as others did. This was 5.30 on a Friday not sure why it closed a big seating area. We ordered our food and it took a age to come because the girl cleaning was the one bringing it to us and she couldn't multi task. I then ordered something else I waited 15 minutes still not there so I went up to be told by a girl in that area who was clear not wanting to look at me that my order was sitting there because she didn't know where the table was, I pointed out to her and told her it was unacceptable she works in the place how can she not know where tables are, even if she did why not ask someone. Incidentally IT HAD THE TABLE NUMBER ON THE ORDER see picture. This is getting into winter and the place was pumping out cold air con. When we spoke to the girl cleaning about it she shrugged her shoulders and didn't utter a word. Why are these people dealing with the public when they clearly haven't got a clue how to. An absolute disgrace, we certainly won't go back to the place or recommend it to anyone.

McDonald's at the Forge, Glasgow.\\n\\nIn comparison to McDonald's around the East End of Glasgow this place is very unprofessional.\\n\\nThe staff look and behave like they're on community service.\\n\\nThe service tends to slow and the food is always cold.\\n\\nThere is no real sense of responsibility or management about the place.\\n\\nTonight I asked to have a burger changed which was dealt with quite civilly but after waiting for over 8 mins Idecided to check at the counter to see what was the hold up... The rep gave a look of surprise then picked up the burger which had clearly been there for a while.\\n\\nThe place is not exactly busy where you could allow for some leniency, in fact it's pretty quiet which makes the experience all the more frustrating.

I made an order last night on just eats and my delievery driver dropped my food on my door stop and told me he would bring me new food. i waited all night and never got my food witch is absolutely disgraceful and i will not be ordering from there again.

just left branch again being threatened with police because i would not park in car park the reason why is some one got hurt out side two weeks ago when taking a.wait in car park my kid has been traumatised basically the MANAGERS DONT CARE well all be contacting the ceo alistair macrow and food standards plus it?s not even forgetting items it pure THEFT

Was in tonight. The restaurant was FREEZING, with aircon blowing. Is this for a fast turnaround of patrons? Will they blast the place with heat during the summer for the same reason?\\n\\nIt was far too cold in there to be able to sit and enjoy the food and chat. Every customer looked miserable!

Long queue at drive thru, cars not being taken in turn. Food not ready, no grill order parking. After long wait we found our food on the counter inside. Food was lukewarm. Chips undercooked and cold.

Once again McDonalds their lack of attention and class. On 23/12/2022 ordered through just eat 1 Large McCrispy meal with diet coke and 1 large Big Mac Meal with Diet coke. Items delivered which were freezing cold and had to be heated up were two diet cokes two portions of chips and 1 Big Mac burger. There was no McCrispy burger there. Contacted McDonalds by phone they refused to answer message saying leave your number we will phone you back. Obviously a lie. Tried contacting Just Eat as this is numerous times this branch of McDonalds has sent out deliveries with items missing. Not interested

I work nights so choice is limited for food but when I got in a customer had been waiting 10min to be served. I ordered and then waited 15 min for my food . Chips were cold , wrap wasnt warm , hot drink wasn't hot . I'll look elsewhere in future...

Just tried McDonald location that says it's open for my area nearest was forge drive in was closed so parked up and got to the door they wouldn't let anyone in I asked why.was told we are not taking any orders ? KFC was much tastier and easier That's us finished with McDonald Bad service

So I went to the McDonald's in Forge Shopping Centre for breakfast the last three days. After a 12-hour nightshift I was looking forward to Double BACON and Egg McMuffin with Fanta. What I got was Double SAUSAGE and Egg McMuffin. 3 times in a row. And today (probably to make it more exciting) I got Diet Coke instead of Fanta. I do understand that mistakes happen. And the staff is probably not overjoyed to be working nightshifts at McDonalds. But this is somewhat disturbing. If I did my job like that I wouldn't be doing it for long. So pretty please, with sugar on top, check the order(s), dear McDonald's employees. I don't want to be throwing food in the bin because I hate your "sausage" and wanted bacon. Thanks.

Awful food like every other McDonald?s meat taste like whole cow grounded with cardboard, big Mac isn?t classified as a dessert because have a gherkin, so much sugar is in it. Place is always busy and ever time I was ordering part of order was missing. Plenty youngsters swearing and aggressive. Do not recommend

Forever forgetting things, can't pack a single juice order without messing it up and not to mention thale last time they did that it spilled all over our floor and damaged the flooring below the laminate flooring, didn't return with the new lemonades as promised nor refunded ... maybe a company of McDonald's stature should maybe think of doing cans for delivery #thatstooeasy

Got delivered from just eat, half the amount of fries there should have been. Wrong drink: a cherry ice drink instead of strawberry milkshake. Also asked for 4 dips for mcnuggets none came. Couldn't get a refund didn't have enough pictures.

Food was fine but watching how one of the workers speak to the just eat guys was terrible think she's a supervisor as she had the shirt and red tie on. So argumentative with them and came from behind the counter and was in the guy's face was uncomfortable to watch so unprofessional. Definitely makes you not want to go back.

Will never go back again, staff using drink machine in drive thru was putting hands to drinks, a black part from machine fell down to drink and a lady with blond hair take it out with her hand! Afterwards she fill the same dirty cup with coke and pass it to me. This place is no hygienic and becareful if You get sick you will know why. ( at least I see it and waste 3gbp in bin).BEWARE!!!!!
