All food was hot and delicious, staff were kind when I needed assistance and the atmosphere was very nice.

It's a McDonald's, pretty much sums it up. Quite slow service through the drive-thru, maybe cos of the mass of delivery guys picking up...always think there is an inherent contradiction in that, insofar as folk ordering in from home for delivery seem to get priority over those who actually bother to turn up at the premises to get their food in person...but same everywhere these days....
Having said that, can't deny McD is still good value compared to other fast food places.
Vegetarian options: Very limited veggie options, pretty run of the mill stuff really, don't seem to do veggie specials ever. Just the same as every other McD I expect.
Dietary restrictions: None, except v. limited veggie options.

After issues of food quality at the drive through, to then phone the manger and have her say to come round as this issue will be resolved to then go round to the store and the ? MANAGER? to laugh in my face and say they can?t do anything about it as they are unsure who took the call, Would recommend they send all their staff to take customer service training as this was shockingly unacceptable!

Letting children stay here like it?s a social club and they?re not buying anything. Tonight one of them threw up and they just moved elsewhere in the restaurant, not buying anything. No-one was concerned, won?t come again

I ordered today ,5 milk shake 4 bannana ,and one Strawberry, but when I get them ,that was just rubbish ,no banana ,and no Strawberry, one and all plain flavour ,nothing was in it ,just a blended milk and might be ice cream at the end ,I embarrassed in front of my guest, so disappointed.
