I sat down with a nice box of Chips and Curry sauce form Blue Lagoon. I felt myself needing to quench my thirst. I mosied on over to the Mcdonald?s right across from it. I ordered a large oasis and i ended up waiting 10 GODFORSAKEN MINUTES. All that for a gosh darn oasis. About 5 other orders were called before mine. I stood there eyeing up my drink, in despair. It was 5 feet away from me and yet wasn?t within in grasp. When i eventually revived my beverage, it was WARM AND WATERED DOWN from ice cubes i did not in fact ask for. I am absolutely appalled. They also asked me if i wanted a bag for 10p for a lousy oasis. What does look like to you ?????? SHAME ON YOU MCDONALDS ST ENCOCHS FOOD COURT !!!!

Food tasted absolutely awful chips were overcooked cola was flatter than an A cup the mcnuggets made me sick I would rather be devoured by a black hole than eat here again I politely recommend anyone who has enjoyed the food here to get a psychological evaluation

So, I strolled into McDonald's with fingers crossed, hoping for a miracle because, let's be honest, my past experiences have been more tragic than a Shakespearean play. I ordered my usual: a double cheeseburger, chips, a large coke, and the golden treasure - ketchup (which, by the way, costs 5p. Seriously, McDonald's? Are we in a recession?).
I picked up my table number and found a seat, only to realize that my table was stickier than a toddler?s hands after an ice cream binge. Oh, and the floor? It looked like a chip apocalypse had happened.
The waiter finally made their grand entrance with my food. I unwrapped my burger - surprise, it was actually what I ordered! The chips were warm and crispy, a rare victory. But then, disaster struck. They had the audacity to forget my precious 5p ketchup! So, I had to do the walk of shame to get it myself, while my food sat there getting cold.
Annoyed but still hopeful, I sat back down, ready to drown my sorrows in my large coke. I took a sip and almost spat it out. It tasted like Oasis - flat, lifeless, and definitely not coke. I?m pretty sure it was older than my grandma.
In short, McDonald's, you?ve outdone yourself again. Bravo for the consistent mediocrity!

Better to go to the one on sauchiehall street. Less busy and the kitchen staff using gloves more often than the one in St Enoch. I know it is the same junk food but just makes you feel better when you eat it

I liked the location of this Mc Donalds as in very near to galsgow Central. Prices are normal and cheaper than near by restaurants so worth a visit. Also bonus to work from there as you will get free WiFi.

I paid for chicken mac, No pickle and No cheese to take away, i got home I found cheese and pickle in the burger although the lebel and ticket clearly marked no to both. To make matters worse they asked me to come back with the food the next day to show them so they can refund. I have asked them if I can send a picture which had both they said no I need to drive back.
