Before I'd even entered the premises the 'automatic doors' proved to only be automatic on leaving the building and required me to actually press what I usually see as a disabled person's button to actually open them.
Bought a coffee, drank that while watching soo many others confused by the 'automatic doors' not being automatic when trying to enter the premises.
I also watched several delivery cycles being parked directly in the way of the entrance/exit often preventing people leaving amd entering at the same time.

This mcdonalds is the worst for delivery. They always are either missing items or get the order wrong.
Missed all the fries from my last order and delivered 20 mcnuggets that were over cooked, cold and missing all the dips I ordered.
Finally learnt my lesson, I won't be using this mcdonalds ever again.

Young girl serving was VERY inexperienced and not very friendly. She seemed to have difficulty listening to what l was saying. Made me feel quite awkward. She didn't ask me if l wanted sugar for my coffee and did not even offer me milk or a napkin. My food was cold by the time l had to go up to the counter and was kept waiting for a long time to ask for milk and sugar. Why is there NEVER any hot chocolate available?! ? l will not be rushing back to the Trongate branch any time soon. ?

The place was filthy, trays with finished and unfinished items on lots of the tables at the time were in, I think the staff in here try really hard to clean up after the lazy customers and of course the token tough guy telling young girls where to go whilst trying to drink cans of lager before the football, the staff are to be commended though
