Coffee like water, toilets table v v v dirty unclean, staff rude no customer service ,car park looks worse than the local dump, avoid cross over road go to greggs ,can't believe how bad this place is ,worst ive ever been in.

Ordered on the app and paid for two sweet curry sauces, and they didn?t include them again. It?s happened a few times. The only time they?ve actually included sauces in my order is when I?ve ordered chicken nuggets, and even then they just throw in whichever one they fancy instead of the one I actually order. It?s not really a mentally challenging task to read a receipt and make sure that everything that?s been paid for is in the bag! Plus the food is usually cold and the fries today were stale and soggy.

Went to pick up uber eats order to find that the shop was closed. Waste of fuel. It?s not that hard to switch off the uber tablet or the integrated system to let uber know the shop is closed. Clear staff manager or manager can?t be asked switching off. Such shame for customer wandering what?s happening to their orders uber, McDonald?s needs to fix this. Cos this just waste of time and waste of fuel. Bad for environment. ?

Visited this establishment today & have been treated horribly. Order wrong AGAIN! Cashier said she put it through as the order yet I was told by the manager Brogan in a very patronising way that I have to pay extra. The attitude of the manager was terrible. Last time I come here

I got food almost instantly was still warm and milkshake and mcflurry hadn't melted only complaint was staff on phones and mucking around in kitchen

We didn't receive what we ordered, so we went to the checkout to inquire about the missing products. The staff member ignored us, and when we asked a couple of times, she didn't even look up. She simply said they had run out. She didn't consider apologizing, and it felt like she forgot about the money we had paid for the products. Her facial expression was unbelievable; she seemed to judge us based on our appearance and acted accordingly. Luckily, I can't just tolerate poor service. I?m not sure why she was even wearing a white uniform if she doesn't appreciate customers. This happened on 04/07/2025 around 9:21 AM, and her rudeness was unacceptable.

Last 3 times i have went, they always got the order wrong, i ask for extra onions and i get no onions. They cant even cook the food properly, never going back. Do they just hire the people with lowest iq in here, the staff will never get anywhere in life, when they cant even get a simple order correct. Complete and utter useless, the lot off them.

I did NOT visit this place as stated on my timeline. I would never endorse a company who support genocide and engineered starvation while feeding the people doing it for free. There is no option for zero stars.
