The worst service in all of Glasgow. They can't even make a simple coffee. They're underage working as a punishment. I don't recommend it. Honestly, even if you go to McDonald's, you wait 10 minutes or more.

I?m an Uber eats driver and this branch has the rudest staff I have ever encountered.
If you?re going through the drive thru or are a customer on foot you?ll no doubt get normal service but as a driver you are ignored repeatedly, you are seen as a hassle. Your order will be sat on a rack (no heat lamp btw) just sitting getting cold and there is nobody to pass you the order as they stay away from the drivers.
Staff training needed asap here!!

Absolutely disgusting food and getting worse . Big lumps of the end of the onion with paper still attached stuck inside my cheese burger , chips freezing cold and under cooked. Any hot drink is Luke warm by the time they give it to you not to mention that there's nothing healthy about over priced trash

They need to start hiring people who can actually work in here. Always a mess up. Cold food. Forgotten items (not just small items actual main meal items on many occasions). 2 hrs for delivery. Don't even put all the ingredients on burgers when they can't be bothered. Mcdonalds going down hill fast

Went to drive thru, waited 3 mins before they came to serve me, next window waited another 5 before anyone asked for cash or card. There was about 6 people in kitchen, and it took 8 mins to be served. Plus order was wrong. Oh, and the bacon rolls, every time I have had one, I mostly get for dog, the bacon has been grey and tasted off.
I don't usually post reviews, just really disappointed in the service and quality, but it is the retail park mcds, everyone knows they are one of the worst ones, staff don't care.
