I shop in matalan most weeks and always find lots of nice clothes at reasonable prices.
I would just like to mention that all staff are very nice but one member of staff called Sandra goes above and beyond regardless of how busy she is. She is always smiling and so happy at her job. Keep up the good customer care i always enjoy a wee shopping trip to matalan bishopbriggs.

I was in the Bishopbriggs Store today and unbeknown to me my jacket slipped off my trolley. So many thanks to Marie and John for their help. Marie looked up all the aisles. I got my jacket when someone handed it in. Two very cheerful and helpful members of staff. THANKS

Went in today looking for the viral pumpkin duvet set. Unfortunately there was only one left on the shop floor and it was the wrong size. I asked the staff and they looked in the back for me with no luck. A member of staff I believe named John double checked the shop floor for me and kindly offered to let me have the display one if I was happy with it. I didn't think I would be allowed the display one so I was really happy and appreciated him going above and beyond to help me get the item I wanted ?

Black skinny denims in a common size found, purchased, worn and washed and still look as good as the day I bought them, usually get these jeans from Next but twice they didn't have them so Matalan came up trumps and the jeans are possibly better quality. Lovely store with accommodating staff too
