The most clueless unprofessional of an agent with attitude who has no understanding how to speak with people absolutely disgusting. Learn manners and get some knowledge on how things work before you open your unprofessional mouth and speak nonsense. This place does not deserve a star absolutely amateurs. No wonder people stop using agencies for rent or sale. You pay for so called service and you get these clowns. The ignorance of your organisation is beyond do you think I will interact with you ever again. Keep posting lies here that you have no record. Disgraceful

I have been a tenant with Martin & Co Shawlands for over two and a half years now. I have had thoroughly positive experiences with responsive agents who always did what was in their power to resolve the issue at hand.Especially in today's market, you would struggle to find an agency that works to the satisfaction of both the tenant and the landlord as much as they do, so I can only recommend using their services.

Beware! Worst Letting Agency in Glasgow - Scammers!I had an absolutely terrible experience with this letting agency. They are hands down the worst agency I've ever dealt with. From the moment I signed the contract, it became evident that they were only interested in scamming me.Furthermore, they were quick to take my money but provided no value in return. The level of unprofessionalism and lack of empathy for their tenants is astounding.I would strongly advise anyone looking for a reliable letting agency in Glasgow to steer clear of this one. Save yourself the stress and financial loss by avoiding this agency at all costs. They are not to be trusted, and their practices are unethical.In summary, I had a dreadful experience with this agency, and I urge others to be cautious and look elsewhere for a trustworthy and respectable letting agency.

Martin & Co and Cliff were brilliant throughout the entire sale process. Cliff handled everything and kept me up to date with what was going on taking away any stress. What also helped was Cliffs advice throughout guiding and helping me to make the decision. Would definitely recommend Martin & Co by the far the best estate agent I have used.

Went along to a viewing in south side only to be lined up and asked out aloud what our occupations were (which I'm sure is illegal) and classist as heck. They favoured the junior Dr ofc and made no time to talk to the others there for the viewing unless it was a snidey comment about their occupation. This letting agency too discriminate against people who have partial housing element of universal credit. Avoid!
