Popped into this store to try on a watch I had been looking at online. Luke in the Glasgow store was very helpful and let me try on various models despite me being upfront about not buying anything until a special birthday. I probably would have ordered online however the experience was so enjoyable I returned a few months later to buy in store. Good experience all round.

The belt of my Tudor Blackbay lost a screw while I was walking on the street and I could grab it when it was falling down to the floor. I could have lost the watch but the guy in M&W told me that "it was not a big problem because the belt failed not the watch. It will be solved with some loctite (glue) in the belt screws" Such answer was given to me after he went to talked to the manager about it.What would happened if I go to M&W to tell them I lost the watch? Will they give another one and that´s it? I guess It was not a serious answer. It makes me think the lady manager thinks I do not deserve respect.

A wonderful visit with my daughter to pick something special for her 21st birthday. We were completely spoiled at the showroom with champagne and sushi. It was a fantastic afternoon outing.

Placed a Rolex with Mappin & Webb for a service and a new Bezel and glass. The watch was returned six weeks later and i was convinced they had switched it for a new watch the finish was incredible, plus it was returned in a beautiful Rolex leather pouch. What a service.
