Nothing but amazing reviews for this location and all the staff!! I wanted to highlight Anne!! She provided an exceptional experience that exceeded all expectations. From her enthusiastic discussions about retro products to her thoughtful recommendations for local attractions, Anne's dedication to ensuring a memorable visit was evident throughout. Fantastic service from every member of staff. Elyse was the one whose name we got and was absolutely amazing helping me with hair care but also every single person was so kind and helpful for finding stuff and demonstrating products. The new store is so beautiful and well kept with so much stock too.

My friend recently visited the beautiful new Lush store. She spoke to Dawn, a lovely member of staff, explaining that she was wanting to check the store was accessible as I'm currently on crutches due to a few fractures.Lovely Dawn was not only incredibly helpful but also gave my friend a little pick-me-up for me that's worked wonders! Thanks so much, Dawn, and I can't wait to finally visit the new shop soon!

I was in Lush today looking for specific items & Laura, the assistant manager, was able to help me. She was so friendly & helpful. Laura truly is a beautiful soul & most definitely an asset to the store. I will definitely be back, especially when the spa is finished. 10/10 for service, friendliness & product knowledge ?

Visited the store today and was lucky to talk and be served by Uroosa. She was really helpful and lovely. Talked me through everything in detail and had knowledge on the products as I was after specific products for my acne prone skin and she helped a lot. Excellent customer services from her would definitely come back! Thank you Uroosa for your help! <3

I've had an amazing experience at Lush! First time visiting this big Lush after the previous one closed, and it has been such a blast! Uroosa was also soo helpful and sweet, she talked to me through the different massage bars and even gave me a free hand massage! She made my experience so lovely and I'll definitely become a regular!

The shop is brilliant, but even better that dogs are allowed in and all the staff made such a fuss over him, thank you to all the staff in at 1pm on Saturday So good to have somewhere that dogs are welcome!

What a great day out! Went in to Lush not knowing what to get as a present for a friend but Ren managed to help me pick out the best smelling body lotion and perfume! Will definitely be back:)

Over 3 levels of awesomenessIncludes bookings for a lush bath and a lush hair salon (for all hair types).Lots of cool products and testers..plenty of staff around to help.Lift access for those who require accessibility. There's also a disabled friendly bathroom and a baby changing room.

Huge thank you to Dawn (with the pink & black hair) ? my very own Snow Fairy at Lush. Recovering from a recent stroke added to the pressures of Christmas shopping until I came into Dawn?s kingdom with her enthusiasm, patience and outstanding product knowledge; she took me on a guided tour around the store finding the ideal gift sets for friends, family & neighbours. Christmas sorted !! Thank you Dawn and thank you Lush.

The shop is beautiful. I was looking for a Christmas present for my mum, and I was served by a blonde girl, fairly young called Aimee. I informed Aimee my mum only had a shower, so she guided me to the shower gift sets which I was grateful for. Lovely girl, thank you Aimee!
