I've just come back from walking to this shop : I don't always want to talk in the morning, I've got a lot on my plate atm . I'd been in the shop and bought items totalling over $20 :my usual spend. This shop differs from most in the area : who list prices like true machiavellians : Londis as a franchise, cannot overprice it's customers. Thankfully for those a stones throw from it.I'm here to rant about 'selective' customer service. It's unnerving. Overcompensating with joviality with those around me, bonding with my unreasonable ask, then waffling ad infinitum : I have no idea what the man was complaining about at some stage : like a true deviant mind, he gestated into daffy duck. Flapping about nothing, whilst quite looking errect and ready to serve to those behind me, and around me. I hadn't my glasses. I told him that.He showed no understanding, or care. They pack my bag on an ad-hoc nature. They probably need training in how to deal with vulnerable people and I will be speaking to my Care Team about my treatment there. It's very upsetting to argue first thing in the morning, so I'm giving them one star : because that's the second time he's shouted at me, and I can't do anything about that. I only asked for the price.The other staff : they get away with much the same. It's sad really, but in this country : I'm lucky, I have a care team : and in tow I will make sure people like me who obviously experience difficulties, can be treated nicer. It would help. No shouting please.Here's to all of us 'vunerables' on Kenmure Street. We're not perfect.I will be back with some help : & let's change this.
