You get what you pay for, as they say, and this is very true of Lomo products. The price is good and they last as you might expect. However, the customer service is shocking. 60 lt dry bag bought and after a few outings the stitching went on the strap. Customer service claimed I overloaded the bag (3 wetsuits and two towels) yet there was no evidence of strain or tears just perfect holes where the stitching came undone. No refund, no apology, no support. Very disappointing. Would happily recommend avoiding.

Brilliant customer service at the Glasgow store. Was met by a young woman who was patient and really helpful. She even managed not to laugh as I tried to get into a new wetsuit. Really knowledgeable about all the accessories I was looking for. Top marks!

First experience this week of buying Lomo products and husband and I were very impressed. We visited the store and purchased two wetsuits and various other items. The customer service by Collette was fantastic. She was really knowledgeable and helpful, 5 star service all the way. We felt that we got good quality products for a very reasonable price.

I needed a wetsuit but was a funny size and tried on a few in other shops with no success, someone online suggested here. Walked in, 5 minutes later had a perfect fit suit, some good advice and a wild swim float for the Mrs. Great and knowlgeable staff and quality kit. No thrills, proper shop. Highly reccomend.

Lomo make fantastic, quality products at excellent prices! The services is second to none from order to delivery and on the odd occasion I've had to make return (my own fault with sizings) the process is always seamless and swift. First class.

Paid a bit extra for the nicer suit.1st wear it started to de laminate around the neck and split.I tried to return it but was told "i had ripped it" utter nonsense 1st wear i was ultra careful. I was only offered a repair which i declined. Wasnt happy with staff / managers attitude.Needless to say i wont return and wont recommend.

At 11 months my sleeping mat developed multiple (9+) small punctures at the seams between the air pockets. See photo showing bubbles from a washing liquid/water test. I contacted Lomo (albeit slightly outside the 12 month warranty period) and rather than resolve the issue simply, they didn?t accept that these were due to manufacturing and expected me to fix them all myself. A goodwill gesture here would have gone a long way. No no to Lomo for me in the future, despite purchasing products from them in the past. Poor customer experience and product wasn?t of the expected quality.[Edit following the response. My point is that 11 months of activity on this mat seems to have exposed a weakness in the seams/welds between the air pockets. None of these were caused by anything external puncturing the pockets. The only activity was sleeping on the mat. If this activity causes many punctures like this, then the product needs improving]

I've been getting stuff from Lomo for years and they always offer good quality at fair prices. On top of that they are a really helpful and friendly bunch, it's worth making the journey to the store to meet the team. They've never let me down with their products. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Just bought a swimming wetsuit from the shop in Hydepark Street.Great, friendly service. Advice and help with fitting was invaluable. Knowledge of staff gave great confidence.Not used it yet but the wetsuit looks like outstanding value for money. Would definitely recommend.

Great customer care in store when you're spending money.Same can't be said for aftercare. My wife had her buoyancy aid on for the first time doing a lesson where she had to practice getting on the board. When we got home I noticed it was damaged. I have now contacted lomo twice regarding this matter and they are washing their hands of it. Not covered under warranty . You would hope for better quality from something that's for your safety. I spent a lot of money with lomo kitting out my family with all our sup kit and very disappointed in the aftercare. Definitely won't be back.

All the items I have bought so far have been amazing quality. I will be using them again very shortly, on a motorbike trip to Belgium. I have already given a friend a couple of the drybags, and he thought they are brilliant.I had need to phone them, and the help and service I received was top notch.
