A 'Great Lunch; at a Great Price! Been here with 'The Mrs' a couple of times now on a Friday and have had a couple of their 'Friday Specials' which is set 3 Course meal for a measly £5 yes that's right £5. Gotta be the cheapest and best value for money in the West End since UCBS biscuit factory's 3d bag of broken biscuits sold at Woolworth's. They also have a full menu available. You can opt for the special or anything from the full menu on Friday or anything that takes yer fancy on any other day of the week . This will then be ably prepared and cooked by the very competent Chef/Cook, Leah. When first arriving at the Lincoln Inn we were greeted by the very gregarious mother & daughter team of Denise & Abbie. The set 3 course meal for £5 (I mean what else can you get for a fiver nowadays?) was exceptional Friday 16/05/2024 and consisted of : A piping Hot bowl of Carrot & Coriander soup with Croutons and a slice of buttered bread on the side(delicious). Main course was a piping hot and very filling Beef Stew with a creamy mash. The sweet a large Sundae dish filled with ice-cream and drizzled with chocolate sauce was heavenly. They don't scrimp on the portions either(have you picked up a chocolate biscuit lately and thought, has this been on a diet or where's the rest of it?)anyway this meal would certainly feed and satisfy a hungry hippo. If you think a well know supermarkets Meal-Deal is good value, get yourself to the Lincoln Inn off of Great Western Rd at Knightswood where you'll find out what exceptional value really is.
Couldn't help notice the Board advertising a wee Monday treat for woomin called 'The Lincoln Lovelies' who meet 12.30-4.30 for a raffle & bingo every week with Soup & sandwiches thrown-in free. (Can you really ask for more?).
Should you go? To Bloody True you should, I know we'll be back.
Thanks Guys

The staff were amazing, helpful, friendly and fun and the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. Had Christmas Dinner here and thoroughly enjoyed the afternoon. However, the food definitely wasn't of the usual good standard most likely down to the number of guests. 2 of my party were unwell after the meal and the only thing each had was the turkey. The lincoln inn in all other areas should not be dismissed though. It is a vibrant friendly place to enjoy a pleasant time in.
