Had a very stressful situation tonight as my car battery ran out at the Rutherglen Lidl parking. I went inside the shop to politely ask staff at the cash points for any help or if they had any jump leads. The guy at the cash point was very nonchalant, absolutely awkward made me feel bad asking for help. Didn?t get his name to make a proper complaint. Few customers were very shocked by his behaviour too. I?ve asked several staff members if they can make customer announcement to ask if anyone at the store had any jump leads and they refused. All of them. Won?t be shopping in this shop ever again, poor customer service and not helping disabled driver in need. Appalling people work there and honestly I?m disappointed by that

Was ok clean and friendly just don't give u enough space if u don't have a trolley. Usual stuff from a budget supermarket.
