Exact same experience as below , one girl on her own on self checkout looking confused, big queues, directed us to one of the tills , waited ages then eventually mr angry turned up to slap bang wallop everything through with no apology for the wait. Am amazed it is not all broken!

The middle of Lidl is always a surprise - you never know what you're going to find there.

First time ever in this shop today as in not a local and only 1 lassie serving a very big queue.
She even said that sometimes she feels she's the only one working.... And then along came a guy to till 4 after it being announced it was opening twice... 'Crash bang slam' obviously in a mood for some reason.... I said to her.... He's right happy eh!

I was back into Lidl, all fine. Buying milk for tea and coffee, for a group that strives to help people. No problems, just a quick shop, in then out, no time browsing.
