The geniuses at head office who designed the new store 'renovation' need to be loaded onto a rocket and fired into the Sun. Why do you have to scan your receipt to get out now? It's a total mess.
I have unfortunately spent quite a lot of my life in this shop, that is time that I will never get back. The bakery bit is alright though.

Checkout operator decided to close after I had arrived there with my child. My child is autistic and was already distressed yet they said they were now closing. (There was no sign or barrier up). After using self checkout the staff member who refused to serve me said she didn't care as she was going home. How's that for customer service! Never going back to any Lidls.
