Went for a shop just after opening time and 5 out of 5 self checkouts were card payment and no tills opened so you need to run round the store looking for a staff member who is stocking shelves to tell them you want served and to pay CASH

Much Improved. Self checkouts make it so much easier to pop in, and the bakery is perfect for breakfast treats. Now all you need is to bring back the proper baskets with a handle and you'll get 5th start

Still not got the item I have been asking for the past 3 months, so I just have to drive down to Duke Street as they have everything I need all of the time how this shop still survives I do not know I won't be surprised if it closes down it can't be making money the way it operates!!!!!!!!

The service at the checkout counter is consistently disappointing. The staff often appear passive and unfriendly, sometimes even giving unpleasant looks. It?s unclear what causes this attitude, but it has happened multiple times not just once. It?s completely unacceptable and very unprofessional.?

Smaller Lidl than my usual store with less products but was still able to get everything I needed. Staff were ok, not rude but don?t engage with customers. Tills was busy and took a while to open another one. Shop is clean and tidy. Plenty of free parking.

There is never enough staff on, even during quiet times the waiting is ridiculous. No self checkouts.
There?s no customer service point so you have to return items at the checkouts which the staff don?t seem to appreciate.
