Been after a Silver ES Takumi for some time and one appeared at this dealership on Dec 8th 2023 and it was very well priced.Super quick response to my enquiry with a fantastic video. Sales executive, who I wont name, was helpful in offering delivery options as I live in Merseyside.I was then told by that other people have made hot enquiries and there is a possible buyer visiting the dealership for a test drive.If there is one thing that alienates me most in buying a car is the hard sell and forcing me to say yes.At the time of writing (15th Jan 2024), the car is still for sale!I ended up buying an ES from Lexus Cheltenham so I wasn't perturbed by distance selling whatsoeverThe experience was less abrasive and intimidating

Having been a customer of Lexus Glasgow for 10 years, this honestly is a difficult review to write.I have owned an IS300, CT200h, SC430, RX450h, MY17 RX450h (still own) and finally my dream car the RC F which has prompted this review.This would've been a 1 star review, however, the sales team of Russell and Dimitar, who I bought 2 cars from in the space of 2 months (RX450h and RC F in late 2022) were fantastic in their service and friendliness.I use my RC F as part of my business as a car detailer, to take to shows and showcase my work. It is incredibly important to me that the car is standard and flawless, so much so that prior to buying it Dimitar brought it to my workplace for me to inspect the paint.The RC F had to go to the workshop due to a fault with the active rear spoiler which needed to be replaced.During the time the car was in their care, a tool was dropped on the car denting it on the pillar next to the rear window. This was owned up to immediately by the service staff who assured me at the time that the car would be repaired to a standard that I was happy with and that they had every faith in their bodyshop in Broxburn to get the job done right.At the time I was less than satisfied that an original finish could be achieved but was asked to let them try to make it right for me by Alan, the sales manager. At this time, as far as I was concerned, the car wouldn't ever be the same, having been through a bodyshop.After 8 weeks without the car I was informed that the car was back at Lexus Glasgow and dropped in to see it. It was serviced and MOT'd at that time (the MOT and a replacement tyre which had a tear on the inside was provided complementary). There was a scuff on one of the rear alloys which was not there when the car was collected (I have photos of the car on my driveway prior to it being collected) and the service manager agreed to have this refurbished. Whilst I was there, I noticed a rough lacquer tape line where the roof meets the upper sill which was pointed out but as the car was dirty from being driven back from Broxburn nothing else was visible at this time.A few days later I collected the car and took it straight to my work where it was washed and dried. I counted 29 bits of dust, dirt, fibres, sanding marks under the lacquer and small popped bubbles on the paintwork. I called immediately, took pictures and sent them over and was asked to hold off until they could arrange a meeting with myself, the bodyshop manager and manager Craig.During this meeting, I had all the pictures of the defects on my laptop which were shown and the conclusion of the meeting was that I was completely unsatisfied with the repair and that Craig would make me an offer to buy the car back. In its current state, I couldn't use it for what it was purchased for.I got an offer the following week for £10k less than what I paid for the car, less than the finance owed on the car and less than even WBAC would offer. I was gobsmacked: for a car that they damaged and proven incapable of repairing to even a basic standard, to be offered such an insulting amount!To summarise, I am now stuck with a car I don't want (I had zero intention of getting rid of prior to it being damaged - this was my dream car!).Then to top it off Lexus agreed to cover the cost for me to remove paint overspray, polish and reapply a ceramic coating to the resprayed panels which I am actually having to chase up payment for.I am unbelievably disappointed in Lexus, and am embarrassed that my father bought a new ES300h on my recommendation.I will not return to the Lexus brand.

I am extremely disappointed with the dealership. Despite paying the list price, the delivery was delayed by weeks, much longer than the promised delivery time of one week. Moreover, the car was delivered with incomplete repair work, and it has now been over a month since I received it. Whenever I call the salesman, he promises to collect the car and complete the remaining work next week, but this has yet to happen. Additionally, the car came fitted with two different brands of tires, which I believe is against the manufacturer's recommendations. To add to my concerns, the previous owner's contact details are still stored in the car's address book, which is a breach of their commitment to protect the personally identifiable information of the previous owner, but of course they don?t care.On top of that left several messages for the centre manager to call me to help resolve this issue, and even raised concern through Lexus Customer service directly, still no response what a nasty nasty experience!

Third visit in 3 years and each visit customer service is excellent.There is never any pressure to buy and sometimes it seems like a social visit and the car purchase is an afterthought..This time we purchased RX350h and received a surprise gift at the hotel we stayed in in Inverary.Great touch from William because things like that matter so much to my wife Maddie..Thanks to Arron for his service.

I'm sharing as Glasgow Lexus have royally ruined a great relationship a very good friend of mine had with the brand and dealership. How? they damaged his cars when in their care, didn't do as promised and just being slopey shouldered and irresponsible. And it is honestly very sad. Mates had 5 or 6 Lexus in the past, three all at the one time (4 in the family) and he's actively looking to to sell both of his current model Lexus cars (circa £100k+) and move to Porsche. They have failed in customer service to look after not just a customer but a massive brand evangelist. Plus being a highly viewed YouTuber (don't think the garage are aware) I know this isn't done. So in summary, great manufacturer, just avoid Glasgow Lexus at all cost they honestly do not care.

Fantastic experience while buying my car from Lexus Glasgow. Ivan in particular made this process so easy from start to finish ?? stress free and Ivan had the car ready for me in the time frame he said he would. Will definitely be back in the future and would recommend anyone to this garage to buy a car. Thank you again!
