I had booked an appointment in advance to have my eye test carried out by Carole. I called to see if I could arrive a bit earlier and Jamie was most accommodating rearranging my time. Carole was most pleasant and welcoming making me feel at ease by explaining what was going to happen and why. She really listened to my comments and wishes and was so professional throughout the test. I would recommend Lapworths most highly as excellent and independent opticians who really do provide very personal optical services in a very comfortable environment.

Myself and my family have been coming to Lapworth opticians for 6 years and is always a great, friendly service. Real value for money on quality glasses and always very thorough for my diabetic eye examinations.

£250 down and 10 weeks later I still don't have what I paid for and now having to fork out more money to go elsewhere to get new glasses. Nice enough couple that run it but painfully slow service. Sorry to say but on't touch it with a barge pole. Thought I would shop local, never again.
