worst customer service, careless delivery - you may not get your products, save your time and shop elsewhere..I had a case for 3 months and they closed it without any resolution.

Very poor service. 3 staff members all behind the till watching one person work while the queue builds. No help around the store either.

I often shop at this store for kitchenware and furniture. The shop assistant today was very arrogant and gave customers a hard time. Poor checkout service by an old woman does not allow me to use my account. The quality of the staff in this store varies, sometimes I can meet good staff, but the staff in charge of my cashier always has a very bad attitude, which makes me no longer interested in this store.

I had problem in this store the man who work their gave me a sample of chocolate for free after two second I swear I started cough so much and vomiting !

I went to this store for the first time to buy a yoghurt maker
This is a very large store with loads of items to choose from.
The staff are friendly enough.
The store is on the first floor just as you come off the escalator, everything bought from Lakeland comes with a three year warranty.

Went in to get Christmas treats bags for sweets and candy. Also get a we look round at what's available in the way of gifts. Got what I came in for. Very helpful and friendly.

Was in you glasgow store today was a bit disappointed in the staff member who served me was not as good as you usual ladies he never asked if need a bag or if I had a lakeland card found him this not as pleasant as you usual ladies

I bought items on line but I had misinterpreted the items' description. I phoned the shop, and to resolve the matter quickly I went there in person with relevant documentation. The two shop assistants there sorted it out pleasantly, efficiently, and without fuss. Very happy, and will continue to buy quality items from Lakeland.
