It was a very happy calm friendly atmosphere. The MOT tester Mr. Zakir was kind enough to show me around and gave me logical reasons about the advisory that was put on MOT.

Absolutely terrible service at Kwik Fit Cardonald! I took my car in for an alignment check, and they told me there was no issue with the alignment, just a track rod problem. Suspicious, I drove straight to Kwik Fit on Pollokshaws Road, and guess what? They checked it, did the alignment, and fixed the problem immediately! It?s clear Kwik Fit Cardonald either lacks the expertise or just tries to get out of doing the work. No wonder the place is always empty ? avoid at all costs!

Firstly my problem was fixed secondly the staff on both days I visited were 1st class . Friendly helpful and very approachable.

The staff at the Paisley Road West, Glasgow Branch are very knowledgeable and friendly. They take their time to explain what and why they are doing to your car. I mainly dealt with Dave everytime i have been to this bramch. Would definately recommend them. I have never had a bad experienece with Kwikfit.

Excellent service. I booked in for an Aircon regas. Booking went as scheduled. Fast friendly service with no hiccups. All went as planned and would definitely use again.

Turned up without appointment: after advice from R.A.C: although extremely busy. NEW Tyre snd checking of three other tyres completed within 90 mins.
Friendly staff: keen to met customer's needs.:, Great communication re updates on repair.

Kwik fit indeed! Luckily I had an appointment on the day the depot tried out their new Hydromatic chronopulse tyre repair machine. They asked if I would pay an extra 19p to have use of it. Wow, my vehicle went in at 11.03am and the tyre was repaired and fitted in just over 1.5 seconds! Which meant I also left at 11.03am. Beat that National tyres! Also got a free pair of candle sticks for being the first customer to try out the machine. 19p well spent or what?

Truly amazing customer service. The job was done so well and efficiently. Darrell answered all my questions with patience and did a great job with my car. The person on reception was extremely friendly and talked to me while I waited and explained everything about my tyres that I asked. One of the best Kwik fit I've been to and will go there for all future car issues.

The team in Cardonald did a great job. It wasn't straightforward and they took the time to do it right. This was a job that Halfords had taken money from me and not done correctly.Highly recommend the team at the Cardonald branch. Thanks very much fellas.

Alan told me I had a screw in wall of my tyre. No tyre in stock. Ordered for next morning and I duly took it back. Was in and out in under 15 mins!! Excellent sales..and patter!!
