I was in a fix. I really really needed my car the next day (to take an elderly relation for an appointment at the eye hospital) but discovered that my car battery had stopped working. Mechanic Stephen (at Titwood Road Glasgow) went out of his way to ensure that my car was sorted quickly with a new battery, and I didn't need to let my relation down. A huge thanks to him .

I?m using my daughters account here but had a great experience today with Liam ?phoned him with an issue about my Audi A3 wheel and loss of pressure?.phoned and he told me yo bring the car down within the hour?.he was so pleasant and friendly ..checked over everything and assured me all was well?..I also so his interactions with other customers and he?s highly professional as a young manager?..you?re lucky to have Liam!

Would give 50 out of 5 if I could. Love these guys. Been so so helpful every time I?ve been in. Had some complicated issues with my MOT and they were so helpful and patient and did so much research for me to ensure I got the help I needed. Couldn?t be happier with the service

I'm been a loyal customer for almost 20 years. Even when the managers and staff rotate or change, they always look after my car and offer value. So much so I recommend others to use the depot. All good!!!

Avoid this branch unless you want your car damaged and your time wasted.
Absolutely terrible experience from start to finish. I brought my car in for a simple brake fluid change, which took over 2 hours. When I picked up the car, the brakes were dangerously soft, putting me at serious risk on the road. I had to return immediately, and after another long wait, they ?fixed? the issue, but not before one of their staff cracked my wing mirror while moving the car.
It didn?t stop there. They left the wheel locking key covered in oil inside the glove box, ruining the interior and contaminating my belongings. They also failed to reinstall the caps under all four wheels after servicing.
I was booked in to replace the mirror and took time off work, only to be told after arriving that the part hadn?t arrived! a phone call would have saved me lost income and time. When they finally replaced it but they cracked my interior door trim while changing the mirror!!!
It?s just been mistake after mistake, damage after damage, each time worse than before. I?ve spent hours dealing with this, lost money, and had my car returned to me in a worse condition every time.
Avoid this branch and think twice unless you want your car damaged and your time wasted.

Fantastic service, throughout. Needed a new tyre due to puncture and needed it as fast as possible and they went above and beyond to get it done within a day including getting the tyre delivered and they price matched the tyre

Good service for a change of tyres. Put it in for the front 2 but needed all 4 done. Liam was happy to send through a report and have a quick call before I agreed to proceed so I could think it through and they price matched the rear tyres. Work still completed within the hour appointment slot. Will return.

Use Titwood branch for my car MOT & service. Yesterday noticed something hanging down at the front of my car. Called in no appointment and promptly they repaired it for me. So helpful and Gregg kindly did not charge because they were able to glue part. I highly recommend Kwik Fit & this branch . Helpful, friendly staff. On this instance I had no bill, but for MOT & Service I find the cost very reasonable Thank you Gregg, I will be back
