Very impressed with professionalism and excellent level of service. Called in late afternoon without an appointment as I had a problem with my tyre. The gentleman phoned back early next morning as promised, gave me a clear assessment of the problem and his recommendation. I could not drive the car that day for medical reasons, but he said no problem, the car could stay on Kwik Fit premises until the following day. Great customer service.

They are respectful. But my Icon not fixed . Just only after the services work then stop working days after I will try to visit them again and I went got my refund. Gas AC RECHARGE. they checked is not liking but day after AC stopped working and not GAS haha anyway ? another experience added to my experiences during the World school

I took my Motobility car in for 2 new tyres and I had my assistance dog with me. Sam was extremely helpful and kind. There was an issue with my locking wheel nut ( nothing to do with Kwik Fit) but he helped me call Audi to get it resolved and re booked me back in for the following day. He offered my assistance dog water and was super friendly to us both. A credit to Kwik Fit and helped me out tremendously. Thank you

Staff are personable and helpful. Went in for a free brake check and told me nothing was wrong with them after doing their due diligence. Could've told me something was wrong to get some money out of me but never. 10/10.
