Been to Kingpins Silverburn before as a family just for some games - held my son's 10th birthday party Sunday just past, and it was great.
Staff were brilliant and helpful, despite having 2 other kids' parties running at the same time. I had mistakenly failed to mention the need for a couple of dietary requirements for dairy-intolerant kids, and while I was happy to pay for the extra vegan pizzas to be made, the team didn't charge me for it. On top of the fact the food provided was already more than enough, and then all kids got a free bag, water bottle and fun pen too.
Kids had a great time, my son had a memorable time and all parents happy. Highly recommend.

My hubby and myself came to King Pins Silverburn for a wee date night , it was my first time and had the pleasure to meet Rachel one of your members of staff , Rachel , she was friendly , polite , courteous, attentive and very helpful , explaining all King Pins had to offer to make our experience so much better down to the ten pin bowling , curling , pool and so much more , Rachel recommend our chicken and pizza meal that was delicious as well , overall Rachel made both my husband and myselfs experience in King Pins that much more enjoyable and we will definitely be coming back and recommending to our family and friends to come too , a great place for all the family with something for everyone , thank you Rachel your a star ?

The place itself was brilliant. So many activities and great quality. However, the lady serving the front desk was rude and uninterested. We played a game of bowling, was having a great time. We wanted to play another game at 9:30pm and they were closing at 10. She took 5 minutes to come serve me from the back, deliberately wasting time. There were only a few people playing our game and there were loads of people in the place. She rudely refused to allow us to play another game. She could have at least said it with some manners and appear interested in serving us. Really ruined the experience for such a brilliant place. Shows that your staff can make or break you.
