Food was fine, everyone got what they asked for and it was hot. Service was really quick, the kids commenting that it's the fastest fast food they have ever had. But the place was dead so it would have been a surprise if it was anything else. The kids wanted a booth but all the tables were dirty. It was also quite cold and drafty.

VERY BAD SERVICE today, I am a regular customer of this Halal Food KFC and never had such a bad experience.
Today, I ordered at drive thru window. I was asked to wait at a designated place to get my order for 4 - 5 minutes.
After a waiting almost 25 minutes, I had to go in the restaurant and met the manager Ms. Shannon. I wanted to register my complaint for such a long wait.
The lady was so RUDE to me and didn't let me talk even she was not giving me a chance to speak and register my complaint.
I requested minimum 5-6 times to let me speak but she rudely said that she is not accepting any complaint.
When I requested her that if this is the case then I going back in my car, please deliver my order there.
She came with the order later and gave me my parcel. I asked her that this is not complete because she didn't give me Pepsi bottle.
She said that she is not even listening to me and went back.
I had to go back in the restaurant again and got my Pepsi bottle from some other member of the team. When we opened the parcel at home, fires were also missing from the order.
I am very annoyed and want the management of KFC Uk to look into this so, the service level can be improved at this outlet.

Used to be one of the best kfc?s in Glasgow, but service has gone downhill, always missing items when ordering via drive thru, also when you order on the app and redeem any rewards they decide to not give you it,

as soon as I got there, I ordered a £15 meal and I had a £20 bill I got out of counter wait for a couple of Minutes they called me out said that my £20 bill was fake. I said that is not possible. They go to the bank. I go to the bank the guys from the bank tell me that?s not fake never visiting again.????

Had a take out and when I got home I found the battery of my chicken was FALLING OFF like all I got was chicken that was still a bit raw in the middle. Overpriced food never coming here again oh yeah and the chips were horrendous

I recently visited KFC pollokshaws and unfortunately, the chicken was not fresh and had a bad smell. It was really disappointing and felt like a waste of money.

Very rude manager
I went to get deal which was zinger zinger deal but staff said none left then few mins later my sister went just 5 mins after me they did give her it and I got wraps and hot wings which was not cooked. I called in and the manager was very rude and disrespectful. He was urging back with me instead of apologising. Very bad restaurant never buying anything from this

absolutely horrible customer service, the way the workers treated me and my family was disgusting, workers have no respect whatsoever. We tried communicating with the workers just for them to be hostile and rude.

?Terrible experience at KFC. The manager?s behavior was blatantly racist, and it made me feel extremely uncomfortable. This is unacceptable, and I hope KFC addresses this issue immediately. Won?t be returning until changes are made.?
