Why bother having a drive through when you get parked 90% of the time. Also I only ordered 1 item, a popcorn chicken and I've been sat in my car for nearly 20 minutes. I only wanted a quick snack on the way home and I could have grown my own chicken in the time it's taking to get my order. They also forget things in your order regularly. Things need changed here.

Wouldn't even give it one star.
ALWAYS food items missing on EVERY order.
Twister wrap looked (and tasted) days old. No fresh salad in it at all. Also, missing a side of fries with the bargain bucket. £50 order, missing items, stale - never ordering from here again.

Honestly, the FOH service is like being served by a snail it?s ridiculous, it?s a Wednesday night only about 5 other orders in, can?t keep up with the little demand that?s here. There?s just no enthusiasm from behind the counter, Zero sense of urgency at all. Not happy.

They never delivered my food ive been trying to contact justeat it said delivered also they dont pick up why do you have a phone then it was August 5th at 10:30 at least give my money back please ? ill be turning up to get my refund if this isn't sorted out and or the driver needs to come see me so i can ask wheres my food atleast.

When we entered the store, the girl was cleaning and went to prepare our food without washing her hands. I went to her and told her that she should wash her hands, but she ignored me and prepared our order with the same hand. We are very upset.

Not the best KFC, food presentation is so poor.. burgers/wraps look like they?ve been literally chucked together. Avoid this one if possible!
