Great service staff extremely helpful everything went smoothly from eye test to choosing and fitting glasses. I would definitely recommend going in great testing equipment and amazing choice of frames.

This is not customer service, you are getting downright spoiled! I walked in as my old glasses were very old and well past due renewal, I got an eye test right away which was very professional, only waited 2 weeks, the fitting of new glasses was very smooth and I am very happy with them. Thank you John Lewis team ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
