I recently visited Jo Malone Glasgow for the Scent Your Wedding experience for my upcoming wedding with my mum, sister (MOH) and future mother-in-law. We had a really lovely experience! Julie was our consultant who was so helpful and made us feel very welcome. We had some Prosecco and a hand/arm massage while we tried various fragrances. Everyone managed to find a lovely scent and we were able to have our lids engraved and boxes embossed. We even got to choose what style of bag and ribbons we wanted so everything was totally personalised. I would highly recommend this experience for any bride to be!

I popped in to buy my thank you gifts for my wedding which was coming up at the time, it was mid March. I was greeted by Jules, who was so excited for me. She made me feel so special. She should be treasured as she is an absolutely lovely person with the best customer service skills. I had a bit of a nightmare with my Apple Pay and I had to go back to my car and it seemed to take me forever to get what I needed but she was just so lovely, patient and helpful. Her excitement just made everything so special. I loved her and still think about how she made me feel.Thank you Jules

Just popped in here the other day to treat myself to a new scent for my new home and had such a lovely experience. I'd just got keys to my new house and the ladies there were so friendly, and even put the name of my new house on the box. Can't wait to have that sitting on my dressing table! I visited the Jo Malone shop on Buchanan Street Glasgow recently & was served by a lovely assistant called Julie, I received five star VIP treatment ? the whole visit, such a lovely friendly lady,I was given a lovely complimentary arm & hand massage with all their amazing products & given so many samples of colognes & body creams to smell & try on my skin ?..My purchases were then beautifully packaged up by Julie, so much so that I didn't want to open my gift bag when I got home....On my next visit to Glasgow, ? Really great warm service. Christmas shopping has been difficult during this time but shortly after I joined the queue outside I was warmly greeted and asked what I was looking for to make sure they had what I wanted in store. I was looked after and all the team were outstanding and friendly. The lady (unfortunately I didn?t get her name) who coordinated people did an amazing job and was so friendly but did an outstanding job to ensure the limited number of customers instore was right. I really enjoyed the atmosphere at this difficult time. Great job done and I highly recommend. Thankyou
