Brilliant service from the staff at Jewsons. I needed some materials for a landscaping project and was pretty clueless about how some of it worked. I created a personal account to qualify for a promotion on some of the materials, and had a completely unexpected phone call from one of the sales team who gave me some advice on how best to order and how to utilise the deliveries etc.I ordered on a Friday and the materials were delivered on the Tuesday (per my request- I'm sure it could have been earlier if i was available) Big bulk bags of aggregate nicely delivered onto my driveway. Bags also came in handy for the cleanup afterwards.Surprised at the number of materials and variety available, and the ease of ordering and pickup/ delivery. Will definitely use again.

I have had an excellent experience using Jewson Glasgow (Govan) - the staff were incredibly helpful in what was a very challenging delivery. The worktop looks great.

if I could give the Govan shop 10 stars i would.Alan and Brian not only going above and beyond with customer delight and understanding my shopping list, but the banter was off the chart top notch.The other staff inside the shop on the phones were so patient and polite with other customers waiting. Customers walking into the store were given a thumbs up and a nod to indicate that they knew you were there.Very knowledgable and personable too. I have a few other garden projects to get through and these two were just absolute gems. Real ambassadors for the brand.First time Jewson customer and I will be returning to this store because of the top class attendance I had today. Please make sure that Brian and Alan get recognition for a job well done, and being very health and safety conscious too.Thanks again.
