Visited the store on the 7th of September with a view of buying an expensive camera. Couldn?t get near the display for one of your staff members blethering to a member of the public. So we left the store and went and ran a few errands and came back 30 minutes later and they were still at it!! I had to eventually ask them to move out of the way so I could try and look at what I wanted to buy.
I get giving good service but the conversation they were having was completely irrelevant and blocked me from making a purchase.
I?ll spend my £2,000 elsewhere I guess?

Staff excellent. Helped resetting my Panasonic LX - 100 camera and provided lots of hints and tips. They also recharged my battery to make sure the camera was fully functioning. Well done guys and girls.

The shop is decent in terms of layout and camera variety, but unfortunately, I didn?t feel welcomed by the staff ? the interaction felt a bit cold. Not a bad experience, but definitely not the best.

Picked up a new lens cap in a pinch, great service but unfortunately had to settle for their in store brand. Does the job however.

A very positive experience purchasing a camera for the first time. Jack was very knowledgeable and patient in teaching me how to operate my camera and giving me practical experience of using it before buying. This has saved me a lot of time and stress going through the instruction manual at home. Highly recommend the staff and store.

Always such a positive experience visiting Jessops. The atmosphere is always so welcoming and the workers go above and beyond to provide lovely customer service. I never feel nervous or judged to ask questions. I love this place!

I got some of passport size photos printed here, but due to some photo guidelines from the office I needed them for was not accepted. While I went back to get some new photos, this guy I don't know his name (who's not slimmer of all) kindly edited and printed photos and even didn't charge me for that.

Went in with two disposable cameras to put them in for development. Guy looked unsure and gritted his teeth, side eyed his manager who gave a sly head shake. Then guy serving made up some excuse about a machine just breaking. Very suspect, no offer to take them and develop them tomorrow or the next day, not as if I needed them immediately.
